2.3 Account Verification

ck444 may request a national identity card or other documents to verify a member's identity. Completing account verification before making a withdrawal is mandatory. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Login Credential Security

Keeping a username and password fully confidential is the member's own responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be contacted immediately.

4.4 Unusual Transactions

• While a bonus is active, withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus can be claimed only once; attempting to claim the same bonus a second time will result in both claims being cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• ck444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is found in connection with any bonus claim, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed at ck444 will be settled according to the rules of the relevant game or event. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be considered void, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 System Abuse

Any form of cheating, use of bots, gaining an unfair advantage through software, or collusion is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6.3 Game Results
